The Uhlig Agencies is an authorized Allstate agency licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in Kansas and Missouri. Through our website you may request a free Home Protection Review, receive quotes, and communicate with our licensed team. No coverage is bound, and no insurance contract is formed, until you complete a formal application and it is accepted by the applicable carrier.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States — and, to be eligible for a Home Protection Review, a homeowner in Kansas or Missouri. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

By submitting your phone number, email address, or other contact information through any form on this website, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, and other communications from The Uhlig Agencies, its authorized agents, sub-agents, employees, and service providers at the contact information you provided.

You understand and agree that these communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or automated text-messaging technology, even if the phone number you provided is on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. To stop phone calls, request removal during the call or contact us using the details in Section 12.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Services. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of a quote, cancellation of a policy, or delayed claims handling by the applicable insurance carrier.

The Home Protection Review is a diagnostic consultation. Any savings, coverage recommendations, or premium figures discussed during the review are illustrative and subject to underwriting, carrier approval, and the accuracy of the information you provide. The Uhlig Agencies does not guarantee that you will save money, qualify for coverage, or receive any specific premium.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and the "Kansas City Home Protection Review" name — is owned by The Uhlig Agencies or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Allstate and the Allstate logo are registered trademarks of Allstate Insurance Company and are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Allstate.com and carrier portals. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Uhlig Agencies, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Uhlig Agencies and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Johnson County, Kansas, and not in a court of law, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

Class Action Waiver. You and The Uhlig Agencies agree that any dispute will be brought solely in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address in Section 12 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
